Design Your Dream

Intial Meeting

Meet with the Builder, share your ideas and get an understanding of all aspects of building a custom home.  You will be able to get a feel for size price and time frames for your one of a kind home.  We will also share our process with you and what you can expect from us and your home.

Phase One

Once you are ready to move forward with us we will begin the design of your home.  We able to create your floor plans and elevations, customize your specifications and price your home all within 2 to 3 weeks.  By doing this you are able to know the real costs of your new home before you begin.

Phase Two

Once phase one is complete and you have decided to move forward phase two will begin.  This is a more detailed step where we ask you to work very closely with us so that you have a clear understanding of how we are going to build your home.  You will also be able to ensure that the home is exactly what you are hoping for.  This allows us to to work together to meet your needs and your budget.
